What all is included with my listing?
Each ad that we sell is good for 1 year from the date of initial setup and comes with a yard sign and the FSBO Resource Kit. The yard sign says 'Tour Online - FSBOBR.com' to help direct people to see your listing online. The FSBO Resource Kit contains the purchase agreement and property disclosure forms that you will need, as well as offers from a couple local companies that offer free professional advice for our customers. The package will be shipped out on the following business day.
When and how do I get my yard sign and FSBO Resource Kit?
The package that contains the yard sign and Resource Kit will be shipped to you via United States Postal Service on the business day after you complete your listing. They are shipped Priority Overnight so they get to you as quickly as possible.
Why am I having difficulty uploading my pics?
If you are having difficulty uploading a picture, it is more than likely too large a file. You can shrink the file size by reducing the size dimensions of the pic to roughly 800 pixels wide, and then it should work. If you still can't get it to upload, you can email the file to us at firstname.lastname@example.org , and we will upload it for you.
Is there a way that I can get assistance with completing the required forms?
