The first thing you should do is apply for a loan with a lending institution.  You need to know how much you can get pre-approved for and how much you can comfortably spend before you start seriously shopping. 

Each ad that we sell is good for 1 year from the date of initial setup and comes with a yard sign, 2 directional signs, and the FSBO Resource Kit.  The FSBO Resource Kit contains the Louisiana Real Estate Commission purchase agreement and property disclosure forms that you will need. The package will be shipped out on the following business day.

The package that contains the yard signs and Resource Kit will be shipped to you via United States Postal Service on the business day after you complete your listing.  They are shipped Priority Overnight so they get to you as quickly as possible.
