We are retiring and moving abroad, but we’re really going to miss this house! Located in the more desirable area of Shenandoah Estates, it is convenient to everything, yet quiet and peaceful in a safe neighborhood. It is located in an X Flood Zone and did not flood in 2016. There are numerous opportunities for shopping, dining, and entertainment only minutes away. Nearby schools are St. Michael the Archangel High, Shenandoah Elementary, Woodlawn Middle, and Woodlawn High Schools. The house is move-in-ready. The spacious kitchen has lots of solid oak wood cabinets and a large L-shaped counter that can seat 3 people. We are leaving all of the appliances: refrigerator, microwave oven, and washer and dryer in the nearby laundry room. Next to the laundry are a pantry and a broom closet. The living room, dining room/office, and all bedrooms have beautiful hardwood floors. The master bathroom has his and her walk-in closets, a large walk-in shower, and both bathrooms have double vanities. The bedrooms all have generous closets, and there are two more closets in the hallway. The big living room features a gas fireplace flanked by solid oak wood bookcases and cabinets. Large windows give the room a bright and cheerful feel and give view to the patio and back yard. Outside but attached to the house are 2 storage sheds. This house has tons of storage space! It is very energy efficient; it keeps its temperature a long time, and heats and cools quickly. Average utility bills are very low. The back yard is fenced and backs up to a tree-filled lot, and with the rustic back fence covered in vines it has a country feel. We are leaving the cypress porch swing in the back corner for some peace and relaxation. There’s even a post to hook up a hammock.
